Genuine Printers provides customized printing services, including but not limited to event tickets, wristbands, banners, signs, and other promotional materials. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: Customers must provide accurate details, including artwork, dimensions, colors, and specifications. Genuine Printers is not responsible for errors in printing arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Approval Process: Customized orders are finalized only after customer approval of proofs. By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for the design, layout, and any potential errors.
3. Payment Terms
- All orders require payment in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Taxes and shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and applicable regulations.
- Invoices not paid on time may incur late fees as outlined in our payment terms.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Customized Products: No refunds will be issued for customized items once a proof has been approved by the customer.
- Non-Customized Products: Returns and refunds may be granted for non-customized products if returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Order Cancellation: Orders canceled before proof approval may incur a processing fee.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays.
- Genuine Printers is not responsible for damages or delays during transit. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Genuine Printers is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
- Customers represent and warrant that they have the right to use all text, images, and artwork provided for printing.
- Genuine Printers reserves the right to refuse any content deemed inappropriate or violating intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

Refund Policy

1. Customized Products
- Once a proof has been approved, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints are not offered for errors that were present in the approved proof.
- In cases of manufacturing defects, Genuine Printers will review the issue and, at its discretion, offer a reprint.
2. Non-Customized Products
- Returns for non-customized products are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Issues
- Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
4. Cancellations
- Orders canceled before proof approval may incur a processing fee.
- Orders canceled after proof approval are not eligible for refunds.
