Price Match Guarantee
If you find a comparable quality advertised product (from an established vendor based in the United States or Canada) that is cheaper than a product purchased from Genuine Printers, we will honor that price and refund any difference in cost. This applies if the lower price is found within 14 days of your purchase from us.
Custom Design Guarantee
This section applies to customers purchasing custom-designed wristbands, lanyards, or thermal 1-color tickets (excluding other printed products and full-color tickets).
We offer free custom graphic design services to ensure your tickets and wristbands are designed to your satisfaction.
If you’re not happy with the design, we will continue making edits until you’re fully satisfied.
Your credit card will not be charged until you approve the design via email.
Once your design is approved and sent to manufacturing, refunds will not be available unless covered by one of our other guarantees.
Multiple Design Mockups:
Free design proofs apply to one design at a time.
If multiple design variations are required, we charge a $25 non-refundable deposit. (e.g., previewing designs in multiple colors).
The deposit can be applied to your order once approved.
Your Responsibilities for Custom Orders
It is your responsibility to carefully review all designs before approving them for production. Once approved, Genuine Printers is not responsible for:
Design errors
Spelling mistakes
Grammar mistakes
Any other graphical or content-related errors

Refund Policy
At Genuine Printers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please review our refund and return policies below.
General Policy:
We generally maintain a ‘no refunds’ policy because costs are incurred immediately after placing an order. However, we do consider each situation individually and will do our best to resolve any concerns.
Custom Printed Products:
Once the design proof is approved and accepted in writing, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-designed orders.
Stock Products (Non-Customized):
For products without customizations (e.g., blank or pre-printed wristbands), returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items must be undamaged, clean, and resalable.
Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
